Steve Joseph is co-Founder and CEO of Smart Home Products. He is an executive and entrepreneur with a passion for developing and distributing innovative kitchen appliances.
With more than 17 years of appliance manufacturing leadership experience, Steve has been involved in a number of international projects related to innovation in the kitchen, including Dacor and SideChef, leading developers of smart kitchen technology. As President of Dacor, a leading manufacturer and distributor of luxury kitchen appliances, he reported to the Board of Directors, held full P&L responsibility, and led all operations, including development of North America’s first Wi-Fi connected ovens and ranges, winning Best of CES and Best of KBIS awards. He has helped introduce more than 40 models of unique and innovative kitchen appliances in North America. Dacor was acquired by Samsung in 2016. Steve is active in the Young President’s Organization (YPO), serves on the Board of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and is a graduate of Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business. Matthew Lee is co-Founder and President of Smart Home Products, Inc.
Matt previously served as Managing Partner at JMM Lee Properties, the owner of a diversified portfolio of fashion, telecommunications, and home appliance trademarks including flagship brands Bendix, AirTouch, Litton, Packard Bell and Slates. JMM Lee properties licenses brands to industry leading manufacturers and retailers worldwide.
Matt was also a co-Founder of Thor Appliance Company, a supplier of compact ventless laundry appliances for the multi-housing industry. Accomplishments include building Thor from a small niche appliance supplier to a leading multi-housing vendor, expanding Thor's reach to include the senior-housing and low-income housing sectors, and promoting Thor's ENERGY STAR and LEED partnership programs.
Matthew earned a Business degree from the California State University of Fullerton.

In addition to his work with Smart Home Products, Michael is actively Managing Partner at JMM Lee Properties, LLC., an owner and licensor of a portfolio of home appliance, telecommunication and fashion trademarks, including leading brands Litton, Chambers, Packard Bell, and Minolta.
Prior to founding JMM Lee Properties, Michael served as President at Thor Appliance Company, a manufacturer of compact European-style appliances.
Michael also served as Public Relations manager at outdoor retailer Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI), where he oversaw media relations in connection with the opening of REI retail locations, including the opening of REI’s Denver flagship store.
